Lemon Poppy Seed Soap – 5lbsBy weight unless otherwise stated
24 oz Avocado oil
8 oz Coconut oil 76°
5 oz Palm oil
12 oz Sunflower oil
12 oz Sweet Almond oil
19oz Distilled water, by volume
8.25 oz Sodium hydroxide
2.5 oz Lemon fragrance or essential oil, by volume
½ cup Poppy seeds, by volume
Follow cold-process soap safety. Mix the lye water solution and set aside. Mix oils and heat to 110-120 degrees F. Add in lye solution and mix with stick blender. As mixture thickens, add seeds and scent at trace. Pour into mold and allow to set and cure.
