In my own business, I am revamping my brand with new labels, packaging, etc. In fact, I've sent my first round of label designs off to the printers and am waiting with great anticipation. I used to print my own, and let me just tell you I hated every minute of printing, cutting, folding, whole punching, tagging, etc. Too time consuming. The designs are radically different than my simple black and ivory toile theme, which I still really like, but sometimes I crave change and COLOR.I've already revamped my business' blog seen here. Now I am going to make some changes to this blog. It will look a bit different the next time you venture over here and it will have a new name. When I began this blog almost 2 years ago (what? can that really be?), I was trying to build my name on the Internet so even though this blog was intended for soapmakers and not necessarily people interested in my products, I still named it with my company's name in the title.
Now I am thinking that I would like it to be different...more an entity of it's own. So the new name along with the new look for this blog will be unveiled very soon. But, I will NOT be changing the URL. Too many sites are linked to the blog or specific articles and I dare not break all those hard earned links. So the name will change on the banner, the design will be different, but everything else will be the same.
Off topic here, I have not forgotten my Sunday Spotlight World Tour. I have a few more continents to go and plan to do that any day now.
